Best for one clearly defined challenge, decision, or question that needs focused strategic guidance.

This session gives us time to assess the situation, work through options, and identify clear next steps.

90 Minute Extended Strategy Session, $450

Best for more complex challenges involving multiple factors, stakeholders, or decisions.

The additional time allows us to explore the issue more deeply, examine connected considerations, and develop a more comprehensive path forward.

2 Hour Strategy Intensive, $600

Best for deeper working sessions where we need time to analyze, map, plan, or build together.

Strategy Intensives are especially useful for strategic planning, organizational design, implementation planning, change initiatives, complex operational challenges, and other work that benefits from sustained focus.
